Share Guide
Overview
Manage access to your DocsHound guide by inviting and removing collaborators. This allows you to control who can view and edit your guides.
Invite Collaborators
To invite collaborators, first navigate to the guide you want to share. Then, click Share Guide in the top right corner of the interface.
Enter the collaborator's email address in the Enter email address textbox. Click Invite.
The recipient will receive an email invitation.
You can check the invitation status in the members list.
Remove Collaborator Access
To remove a collaborator's access, open the Share Guide menu.
Click the three-dot menu next to the collaborator's name. Click Remove from Team. This will revoke their access to the guide.
