Using the Chatbot
Click the chat icon ont he right side of our app, and the DocsHound chatbot appears automatically.
Type your question into the chat window. Ask, for example, "How can I connect my domain?" or "My domain is not connecting. I have even added the CNAME record."
DocsHound handles typos.
The chatbot provides responses to your queries, which may include helpful screenshots. For complex issues, click the Contact Team button to contact the DocsHound support team.
