Integrate Chatbot on Custom Domain
Overview
Integrate the DocsHound chatbot with your custom domain to provide instant support to your users. This enables your users to get questions answered quickly and efficiently.
Enable and Configure Chatbot
Open your guide and click Publish Guide in the top right corner. Navigate to the Chatbot tab. Make sure the Enable chatbot toggle switch is on.
Add Custom Domain
Enter your allowed domains in the Allowed domains textbox.
Click Save to store your settings.
Install Chatbot Script
Navigate to the Status tab.
Locate the Install chatbot code block and copy the provided HTML script.
Insert and Verify
Paste the HTML script before the closing </body> tag in your site's code.
Open a browser and navigate to your custom domain. Verify that the chatbot widget appears.
