Overview
Configure the publishing settings for your DocsHound documentation to customize its online presence.
Domain
You can configure a custom domain for your published documentation.
This allows you to use your own branded domain name rather than the default DocsHound URL. To configure your domain, click the Configure domain
button.
You can also remove a custom domain if you no longer wish to use it. Click Delete custom domain
to remove your custom domain.
Basic Meta
Select the Basic Meta
tab.
Enter the title and description for your documentation.
You can also set the Open Graph image and favicon.
These will appear when your documentation is shared on social media.
Links
Select the Links
tab.
Input links to your website, app, and social media profiles. This allows users to easily navigate to your other online resources. Click Save
to save your changes.
Analytics
Select the Analytics
tab.
Configure analytics tracking to gather insights about your documentation usage. You can integrate with either Google Analytics or PostHog.
To set up Google Analytics, enter your Tracking ID. For PostHog, enter your API Key and Host. Click Save
to save your changes.
