Integrate the DocsHound chatbot to provide users with interactive assistance directly within your documentation platform.

Chatbot Installation

Install Chatbot

Deploy the DocsHound chatbot to your live site by installing it from the publishing settings. This action makes the chatbot active and ready to answer user questions. On the 'Publish DocsHound Docs' screen, copy the code snippet that appears in the row titled Install chatbot to complete the deployment.

Use the Platform Parameter for Site Installation

To install the chatbot on your marketing site or homepage, utilize the platform parameter. This ensures seamless integration. Learn more.

Interact with Chatbot

You can interact with your knowledge assistant immediately. by clicking Publish button to trigger the modal in the top right of editor, and then clicking Publish Guide again. You will be taken to a non-indexed preview link of your knowledge base that can be accessed only by those who have been provided the URL.
