Overview
Access chatbot logs to review interactions, analyze user engagement, and troubleshoot issues effectively. This functionality allows you to capture essential data for maintaining and improving your chatbot's performance.
Customer Chat History in DocsHound
Open Publish Modal
Locate the Publish guide button on the nav bar of the editor to open the Publish modal.
Status > Download Logs
Click Status. Within the tab, you will see a Download logs button. Click it to download your chatbot logs immediately.
Limited Log Availability
Currently, only the last 7 days of chatbot logs are available. Expanding this is on the short-term roadmap for Q3 2024.
