Set Support Inbox
Overview
This article covers how to change the support email address for your chatbot. This ensures all chatbot support inquiries are directed to the correct inbox.
Update Support Email
First, open the Publish modal.
Then, click the Chatbot tab. Locate the Support email field.
Enter the desired support email address.
Ensure the email address is correctly formatted to avoid delivery issues.
Finally, review your changes and click the Save button.
